Mark is the Business Manager for Smooth Transitions of the Bluegrass and a certified public accountant and entrepreneur. He oversees the business operations and growth of the organization, focusing on building strong relationships with senior living communities and other trusted professionals who serve older adults and their families.

Mark’s background is rooted in service. He grew up in the hospitality industry, where caring for people and anticipating needs were part of everyday life. Earlier in his career, he served as an evangelist, an experience that shaped his commitment to servant leadership, clear communication, and walking alongside people during meaningful seasons of change. He later built and grew a boutique CPA firm, developing a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to business leadership and long-term stewardship.

Together with Misty, Mark is committed to growing Smooth Transitions as a family business that supports work treating each transition with dignity, care, and respect for what matters most to families.
